Exactly what is executive coaching?  Executive coaching is a partnership with me to help you raise the bar on your personal performance and value-add.  It’s about improving your strategy as well as your execution.

All executives have to make every minute count.  I assist you in designing a personalized coaching program, identifying and aligning your goals and priorities with our work together.  Then, we focus on the most important things first to get you from where you are to where you need to be.

The work involves observing the executive in a variety of settings in their work environment and generally involves a 360-degree feedback mechanism to help under the executive’s effectiveness as well as areas where improvement is needed.

Leaders typically engage the coach for a 3-month or 6-month program depending on the need. Meetings are held for several hours each month and can be scheduled in advance.
