Dave Gardner has
spent his career improving business execution and collaboration within
the enterprise and beyond the enterprise into the sales/dealer channels.
He has held management and senior management positions in Product
Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and
Product Management. A management
consultant since 1991, he has broad expertise and experience leading

In July 2002, Dave
was recruited by E-ONE, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fire
and rescue vehicles, as Vice President of Product Management, to lead an

He is a graduate of
San Jose State University (BA) and Santa Clara University (MBA). Dave is
also a member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting (SAC); he
is Board Approved by SAC in “Configurable Products and Services Strategy
& Implementation.” In 2010, he was inducted in the Million Dollar
Consultant® Hall of Fame. Out of over 1,300 consultants who
have gone through Alan Weiss’s mentoring program, 30 have been inducted
in the Hall of Fame. Dave is a Fast Company Expert Blogger in the area
of Business Execution and a member of Dell’s Customer Advisory Panel.
